We kept pushing two fronts:

  1. Live testing and SHENIA prep
  2. Direct outreach at community events like Flok & Climb 25

I caught up with Lewis Morris from Kitted, committed to sponsoring an event, and had dozens of face-to-face conversations with devs, product people, and founders — all of whom resonated with what SWAIN can do.

Meanwhile, our team moved forward with test-driven development, UI builds, and feedback loops. The energy was infectious.
