Day 23 – Rooted and Relevant
By Day 23, something shifted internally. The mood was reflective, but also grounded. We took another #95Tribe walk that day, and though the weather was mild and the pace relaxed, the conversation felt heavier than usual — in a good way. It wasn’t about features or roadmaps. It was about why we were building anything at all.
That morning’s chat turned into something personal. We spoke about where we came from, what made us stay in this country, and what it means to build something here, not just for global scale, but for local relevance. It led us to a simple truth: technology doesn’t have to be disruptive to be valuable. Sometimes, it just needs to work quietly in the background, removing obstacles for real people doing real jobs.
That insight settled something for us. SWAIN wasn’t going to be a loud, flashy product. It wouldn’t fight for attention. It would prove its worth by staying out of the way. A tool that speeds things up and disappears the moment you don’t need it.
Day 23 didn’t deliver code. It delivered confidence in direction. Sometimes, that’s more important.
Key takeaway
Vision becomes clearer when you reconnect with purpose. The best products are not always revolutionary. They are simply reliable.
