Day Four – Talking to Strangers: Validating the Problem
If Day Three was about wiring things up, Day Four was about wiring into real conversations.
Armed with a set of Mom Test-style questions, we started reaching out on LinkedIn. The response? Surprisingly warm. Conversations with CTOs and development leads highlighted something we suspected: the pain we’d experienced wasn’t unique. Others were facing the same issues—tight deadlines, repetitive API work, and fragile delivery pipelines.
The highlight of the day was how easy it felt to start genuine conversations. No selling. Just listening. That changed everything. We’re now compiling a list of tech networking events to dig even deeper into this world.
“If you’re a tech business, CTO or lead dev and open to a chat—drop me a message.”
Key takeaway
If you ask the right questions, people open up. Listen first, and the insights will write themselves.
